Your rights
Right to erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten")
In some cases, you have the right to have us erase your personal data. This means, for example, that you can request that we delete personal data that we (i) no longer need to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it, or (ii) process on the basis of your consent and where you have withdrawn that consent. There are situations where Klarna is unable to delete your data, such as when the data is still necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or Klarna's interest in processing the data outweighs your interest in deleting the data, or because we are subject to a legal obligation to retain it. 3. What types of personal data do we collect?

•Sensitive personal data - Sensitive personal data is data revealing religious beliefs, political or philosophical opinions, or trade union membership that Represent information about health status, sex life or sexual orientation, as well as biometric data.
•Service-specific personal data - As part of our Klarna Shopping Service and in connection with Klarna savings and payment accounts, Auto-import/Magic import, and Personal Finance, we use additional personal data that does not fall under the types listed above.
